Medical Care Consortium, Inc. ("MCCI"), headquartered in Miami, Florida, is a leading provider of medical management services for managed care organizations. MCCI was formed in 1998 through the acquisition of 15 medical clinics from Humana, Inc. The Company has since grown to become a leading provider of medical management services for managed care organizations. Currently, MCCI provided high quality primary care services on an outpatient basis through 56 facilities located in South Florida's Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and nine affiliated physician groups to approximately 45,600 Medicare, Medicaid and commercial beneficiaries.
